In a complex global context characterized by the opacity of certain Lebanon Mobile Number List and the difficulty in accessing information about economic elites we propose some keys to the study of their power to influence public policies. What do we talk about when we talk about elites One of the first points to clarify is the use of concepts. studied theoretically and empirically both by classic theories on elitism and by those studies that represent more renewed views on the subject. It has also been widely discussed within the field of Marxism in which the most suspicious views of class theory questioned its use with the argument that it hid the true class contradiction while other approaches defended its compatibility.
We maintain that the concept of elites refers to people mostly men who maintain privileged positions in powerful institutions which allows them to exercise disproportionate influence over state policy decisions..
